After COP21, the goal of limiting temperature rise to 1.5C will require NYS and all other governments to dramatically increase their targets and speed for moving to renewables. As Bill McKibben writes, “The pistol has been fired” and now we need to RUN! And fast!

Hear testimony from experts, show your support for divesting the second largest pension fund in the country from fossil fuels, and lobby your representatives. In light of the historic Paris agreement, it is time for New York State to divest from fossil fuels.

We’re excited to announce the launch of “Lighting the Way”, 350NYC’s latest Sustainability Project which seeks to provide LED lightbulbs for an entire building of low income seniors in NYC. There’s no easier path to immediate carbon reduction while also helping our neighbors reduce their electric bills.
