Rally and March to send our message to President Obama to lead the way on sustainability by rejecting the Keystone XL Pipeline, fracking, and other destructive fossil fuel based extraction. Draw the line on Spectra and Rockaway pipelines in NYC.  These projects add to climate change, rising sea levels, and ongoing financial and social costs in our region.

NYC artists will lead us from Battery Park to South St Seaport with a special performance by Jonny Dubowsky. Dress in blue; wear ponchos; help carry a symbolic pipeline, posters, banners and flags. A new project by Radical Art Initiative will graphically show us expanding flood areas in Lower Manhattan.

Join 350NYC, Occupy the Pipeline, United for Action, Sane Energy Project, SYSTEM CHANGE NOT CLIMATE CHANGE, Food &

Water Watch, CARP, Global Kids, and an amazing coalition of NYC environmental groups on this national day of speaking out sponsored by 350.org.

Directions:
Subway: #4 or 5 to Bowling Green; #1 to South Ferry; R to Whitehall St/South Ferry — From State Street: Enter park at Bridge St, head to the river. Gather at noon where the Statue of Liberty Ferry docks, in front of the WWII Memorial.
